Hors d'œuvres
We recommend serving selections from our hors d'œuvres during the reception hour prior to dinner. Two to four pieces for each person is usually sufficient. If your party features hors d'œuvres only, we suggest six to fourteen pieces per person with service to extend over two to four hours. (To enhance your hors d'œuvres affair, please refer to the “Buffet Extras”.)
