Each Entrée is served with a choice of Caesar Salad, Spinach or Camarillo Baby Greens. Choose from Roasted Red Potatoes, Au Gratin, Baked Potatoes or choice of Rice. All entrées include fresh vegetables, rolls with butter, coffee and tea.

  • Sautéed Breast of Chicken – Served with our choice of sauce: Marsala, Creamy Lemon Herbed or Piccata.
  • Chicken Parmesan – Topped with a light Tomato Sauce.
  • Chicken Breast Cordon Bleu – Chicken Breast stuffed with Proscuitto Ham and Jack Cheese.
  • 10 oz. Angus Beef Prime Rib – Slow Roasted Prime Rib served with Yorkshire Pudding and Rosemary Au Jus.
  • Choice New York Steak – Topped with Gorgonzola Cheese, served with a Red Wine Demi Glaze.
  • 8 oz. Petite Filet Mignon – With an Herb Demi Glaze.
  • Slow Roasted Pork Tenderloin – Served with Mango Chutney.
  • Domestic Rack of Lamb – Roasted and served with a Dijon Mustard Crust and a Red Wine Sauce.

  • Pan-Seared Scallops – Wrapped in Bacon, served with Tequila Lime Sauce.
  • Red Snapper – Served with a Roasted Pimento Creamy Garlic Sauce.
  • Beef Tournado and Baked Atlantic Salmon Duet – Served with Bordelaise and Saffron Sauce.
