Buffet Extras

The International Buffet includes a combination of:

• Pasta / Mexican / Chef’s Carving Stations

Includes your choice of one of Roast Baron of Beef, Roast Breast of Turkey, or Maple Cured Ham. Also includes mixed green salad, assorted salad dressings and condiments.

Your choice of three salads from our Cold Cut Buffet, fresh sautéed vegetables, baked rolls, coffee and hot tea. The following items may be added to the Cold or Hot Buffets:

• Pasta Station includes choice of three: Fettuccine, Penne or Tortellini. Choice of two selections: Alfredo, Meat Sauce, Pesto or Marinara Sauce. And a choice of side items such as Sliced Mushrooms, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Italian Sausage, Grilled Chicken or Clams. Grated Cheese and fresh-baked Garlic Bread.
• Mexican Station includes your choice of two: Chicken Fajitas, Beef Fajitas, Soft Tacos or Enchiladas. Served with Refried Beans and Mexican Rice.
• Baked Ham carved and served with assorted Mustards and freshly baked rolls.
• Shrimp Tower with Cocktail Sauce
• Oysters on the Half Shell
