Special Event Policies

Deposit
A deposit of $500.00 is required for events scheduled from Sunday through Friday and $1000.00 for events scheduled on Saturday. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the month of December, the deposit of $1000.00 applies. Fifty percent (50%) of the minimum guarantee is due 60 days prior to the event. The balance is due in full seven (7) days prior to the event.

Cancellation
If cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of the scheduled event, you will be responsible for all planning charges incurred for the event. If at any time cancellation occurs, it will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If another reservation date is requested, your deposit is NOT transferrable unless the reserved room and date can be re-booked.

Menu Planning
We offer a wide variety of entrees in varying price ranges. While we make every effort to anticipate your needs, please feel free to make suggestions or special requests. You may select your menu 90 days in advance; prices will be guaranteed for that period only. Further, we will set up for 5% over your guaranteed; however, in the event that fewer people attend, you will be charged for your guaranteed number. Final guarantee of guests must be made seven (7) days in advance.

Security
Security may be recommended for functions with over 200 people.

Beverage/Bartender
We can provide a complete bar in your reception area. The charge for a full bar (inside) with setup and bartender is $100.00. A second complete bar (outside) with setup and bartender is available for $150.00.

Decorations
No confetti, rice, glitter, or grains may be thrown on the premises or grounds of the Sterling Hills Golf Club. It is not permitted to affix things to the walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, furnishings or any other property.

Linens
White or colored linen is available with white skirting for gift tables, head tables, buffet and/or registration tables.

Rentals
If you wish to enhance your special event, we can arrange the rentals for arches, candelabras, risers and various other amenities at your own cost. Please ask our catering staff.
